I also continue to educate myself, taking classes to become a specialist in Foreclosure Prevention, becoming an Accredited Short Sale Resource and working towards my Certified Residential Specialist credentials. Education offers me the ability to learn about the latest trends, marketing tools and negotiation techniques that benefit my clients.
I also make sure the public knows your home is for sale by using innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers.
